Remembering a loved one

Supporting the 'Time to Remember' campaign couldn't be easier. All you need to do is choose your special date and the person that you wish to remember. Once you have chosen your date we ask that you make a donation of your choice in memory of your loved one.

When we have received your donation the hospice will create a personalised page on this site in honour of the person you wish to remember. You will be able to post photographs on your page, record memories and invite others to reminisce and remember the good times.

To take 'Time to Remember' simply:

• To take part online click here, we will email you your account settings or...
• Download and print our donation form, complete in full
• Decide what donation you would like to make
• Return the form and donation to the hospice
• We'll then create your personalised page and send you your login details

We will set up your page and send you the login details in a keepsake card which will enable you to edit your page and put it live.
